Do I get free traffic with my subscription?​

Yes! Every time you buy or renew your Indigo subscription, you get bonus proxy traffic based on your plan.

What is the pricing?​

VAT may be applied to proxy packages depending on your location and tax status.

Will I lose my unused data?​

Unlike other providers that wipe out your unused data every 30 days, we let you keep it!

With bandwidth rollover, any unused data simply carries over to the next month — no stress, no waste.

How do you prevent IPs from getting flagged?​

We’ve built a smart IP‑filtering system that continuously checks and filters out flagged IPs before assigning them to you. This keeps connections clean and reliable.

Can you guarantee 100% success?​

Not always — some platforms use their own private databases of blocked IPs, which we can’t control. However, our tech maximizes success rates, and users consistently report great results.

Which geolocations can I get?​

We provide proxies in over 150 countries and across more than 1400 cities.

Do you provide static proxies?​

Not at the moment. All our proxies are rotating residential IPs. If static proxies become available, we’ll announce it.

Do you offer rotating proxies?​

Yes! We provide rotating residential proxies with an extended lifetime — up to 24 hours. That helps maintain a stable connection.

What happens when my IP changes?​

When an IP rotates, we ensure the new IP comes from the same region, keeping behavior natural — just like a real user on dynamic IP.

What are my rotation options?​

When generating a proxy, you can choose:

  • Keep IP for as long as possible — average rotation every ~24h
  • Custom, sec — specify a custom rotation frequency in seconds
  • Get new IP — manually switch IP with a single click

Technical details​

Do you support IPv6?​

Currently, most of our IPs are IPv4, but we’re working on expanding the pool with IPv6.

Are there any limits on threads?​

Unlike many providers, we don’t cap your threads. Run unlimited simultaneous requests while using your data.

Do you restrict access to certain websites?​

For legal reasons, access is currently restricted to:

  • Banking & payment services
  • Educational platforms
  • Government websites
  • News sites
