We accept various payment methods, including:

Can I pay my invoice in a different currency?

We accept payments by card and cryptocurrency. If you pay an invoice in a currency different from the main currency of your account (if applicable), the amount will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate of your bank or payment system.

Payment Currency

All prices on our website are indicated in the main currency. When paying in a different currency, the final debit amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate differences and your bank's fees.

What billing cycles are available?

You can choose the billing cycle that is most convenient for you. We offer flexible options to meet your needs.

Monthly Cycle

Subscription Management

Will I receive notifications before my subscription renews?

Of course! We value transparency. You will receive an email reminder about the upcoming subscription renewal a few days before the payment is due. This will give you enough time to make changes or cancel your subscription if necessary.

Can I use one subscription on different devices simultaneously?

Yes! We have no restrictions on the number of devices used. You can use your Indigo subscription on multiple computers (Windows, macOS, Linux) simultaneously, regardless of the subscription type.

How do I change my email?

Technical Limitations

Currently, due to technical features of our platform, the function to change the email address linked to your account is not available directly through your personal account. We understand that this is a much-needed feature, and our team is already actively working on its implementation. We will inform you as soon as it becomes available.

At the moment, invoices and links for cryptocurrency payments are sent exclusively to your registered email address. Forwarding these notifications to another email address is not provided.

What should I do if I can't access my email after paying with cryptocurrency?

Important!

If you paid for your subscription with cryptocurrency and subsequently lost access to the email address that was specified during registration, please immediately contact our support service. We will verify your payment and do everything possible to help you regain access to your subscription.

Data and Subscription Cancellation

Do you delete data after subscription cancellation?

Your data (e.g., profile settings, fingerprints) is stored on our secure cloud servers.

  • If you miss a payment deadline: Your data will not be immediately deleted. You will regain access to it as soon as the subscription is renewed (paid).
  • After subscription termination: In accordance with our Terms of Use, we will store your data for 3 months after the official termination of your subscription.
Data Deletion

After this 3-month period, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend saving important information before your subscription expires or during the specified storage period.
